 A
beautiful photosynthetic gorgonian that features a deep purple
color with soft delicate irregular shaped branches. Gorgonians regularly
shed tissue to remove buildup of sediment and algae from forming
on their skeleton. All photosynthetic gorgonians require 4-5 watts
per gallon to
thrive. Like many corals it also filter feeds, so weekly feeding
is recommended for optimal health. This species is only offered as
a smaller sized specimen as I get them from another diver. They
come mounted on a reef plug as are between 4-8"
tall.
