 A
distinctive dark-green, flat bladed algae that resembles turtle
grass. The blade often proliferates to extend upward forming a new
blade hence it's name. A very hardy species of algae that once established grows
very well in the aquarium. It prefers sandy bottoms and ledges in
shallow turbulent water but will grow in almost any environment.
The product is highly variable in blade width any may differ
slightly from the picture.
