 This
is a unique and beautiful species of red macro algae that we collect on occasion. It's
fairly rare and only grows as solitary specimens in depths of up to 20 ft.
The top of the algae has a metallic, iridescent appearance and a deep red
color underneath. Each thin, flattened frond is tooth shaped but
can also be slightly rounded on the edge. We offer a single
specimen about 3-4" in diameter.
