use PayPal to process all online orders. You don't have
to register or set up an account with PayPal to make a purchase.
They accept all major credit cards including e-check payments.
Although we don't take orders over the phone, If you need
help placing an order we
would be happy to help.
We
update the website weekly to reflect our current inventory. If you order an item
that's listed as "out of stock" we will notify you via email and issue a
refund. All orders received after 10:00 am EST on Tuesday will
be shipped the

rates have continued to increase every year as well as the cost of packing materials. The truth is that the cost of
shipping is never free. Many online vendors rely on large volume
and inflated product pricing to offset
their shipping losses each week. This is so they can offer reduced rates
and free shipping options. When choosing between other
vendors, please take into account the overall cost, quality, and
size of each specimen we offer compared to other sellers.

shipping prices are based on weight and depend on your location and the quantity of
product. Some products are combined in the
same bag when added to the shopping cart to save on shipping
costs. All shipping prices include an insulated box and heat
and or cold packs as needed.

All
macro algae and plant specimens are shipped in 100% water to ensure
quality. The size and quantity varies, but is approximately 1 pint
depending on the species. Snails
are shipped with a small amount of water with 100% oxygen added. Gorgonians
and or coral are shipped in full water with no air added. Our
aquaculture and holding tanks have an approximate salinity range
of 1.025-1.028. This is roughly the same salinity as ocean water where
we collect. We suggest acclimating any product that will be
added to an aquarium with a known salinity.
All product is
carefully packed for safe transit. Please contact us immediately
if your plants did not survive shipment. We will replace any
marine plants for free (less shipping costs) if you are not
completely satisfied with the quality of the shipment. If you

Order Policy Please
ensure that all items are listed as in stock when placing an order
online. If you cancel an existing order and request a refund, we
charge a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the purchase price. This is
the PayPal transaction fee that is non refundable to us when we
cancel an existing order. For all items that are listed as in
stock when ordered that don't arrive in good condition we will
refund the entire purchase amount or reship the product at our
expense.
