mixed assortment of brown macro algae that includes at least 3 varieties
including
Sargassum, Dictoya and Padina. Compared with both green and red
macro algae, brown macro algae is fairly slow growing and
requires bright full spectrum lighting to successfully keep in the aquarium.
Most brown macro algae native to the Gulf of Mexico is available
during the winter and early Spring, as they prefer cooler water
temperatures. Sampler packs contain 3 varieties.
